DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument, executed by and between:

RAMON C. LAUREL, JULIETA DE CASTRO, OPTARSA C.


LAUREL, ADORACION LAUREL, JULIET C. LAUREL and
LUZVIMINDA LAUREL of legal ages, married, Filipino citizens and
residents of Laguna, and hereafter collectively referred to as the VENDOR,

- and -

PMP DIAGNOSTIC CENTER INC., a corporation and existing under


the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with office address at
____________________________ and hereafter referred as the
VENDEE,

W I T N E S S E T H:

THAT, for and in consideration of the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred
Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 4,950,000.00) in hand paid to the VENDOR
and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the VENDOR has sold, transferred
and conveyed, and by these presents does hereby sell, transfer and convey, unto
the VENDEE, that certain parcel of land with an area of 319.50 square meters,
more or less, located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, covered by Transfer Certificate Title
No. T-32499 of the Register of Deeds of Laguna, which is more particularly
described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 1241-A of the subdivision plan (IRC) pad-75540,


being a portion of Lot 1241, of sta. Rosa Estate; IRC Rec. No. 8375),
situated in the Barrio of Dila, Municipality of Sta. Rosa, Province of
Laguna, Bounded on the NE., points 4 to 1 by a Road; on the SE., points 1
to 2 by Lot 1267; and on the NW., points 3 to 4 by Lot 1240, both of Sta.
Rosa Estate. Beginnning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 2 deg. 45’
E., 500.88 m. from Mon. 12, Sta. Rosa Estate; t h e n c e - - - - - - -

S. 76 deg. 19’ W., 24.52 m. to point 2; N. 25 deg. 28’ W., 12.40 m. to point
3;
N. 73 deg. 36’ E., 25.30 m. to point 4; S. 21 deg. 03’ E. 13.50 m. to the point

of beginning; containing a n area of THREE HUNDREED NINETEEN


SQUARE METERS AND FIFTY SQUARE DECIMETERS (319.50), more
or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on
the ground as follows: points 1 and 2 by PS and points 3 and 4 by old PLS,
all cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60cm., bearings true; date of the original survey,
Jan. 1906 – May 1907, and that of the subdivision survey, June 3, 1967.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Four Million Nine
Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 4,950,000.00) Philippine
Currency, hand paid by the vendee to the vendor, the VENDOR DO HEREBY
SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said VENDEE,
his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land together with all the
improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever
nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
