House Rental Contract

This agreement is made and entered into between ______, (owner) and _______ (renter)

Terms & Conditions :

1> Agreement to rent _________ agrees to rent the house located at Blk 27 Lot 11 Rosal St.
Pembo Makati City to (renter) for the term of this house rental lease agreement .

2> Term of Lease . The term will start on October 28, 2019 and end on April 28, 2020 .

3> Rent . Renter agrees to pay Php 8,000.00 in exchange for the use of the house under the
conditions of this HOUSE RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT payable as follows ;

November 28, 2019 Php 8,000.00

December 28, 2019 Php 8,000.00

January 28, 2020 Php 8,000.00

February 28,2020 Php 8,000.00

March 28, 2020 Php 8,000.00

April 28, 2020 used of 1st security deposit

Both parties also agrees to pay Php 50.00 per day as penalty for delayed payments.

4> Security deposit. Renter will pay the Owner a security deposit of Php 24,000.00 on
the day this House Rental Lease Agreement is signed. It will be returned upon surrender
of the House in a clean and undamaged condition, subject to ordinary wear and tear.
Last bills of Meralco and water will be deducted to the security deposit .

5> Occupants. The maximum occupants of the House is 10 persons only . Any
unauthorized guests beyond that number will result in an additional charge of Php
1,000.00 per month .

6> Drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.

7.> Violation of the above condition is subject for the termination of this contract .
