Kind Words

Send a drop of kindness, Every soul that touches yours - Cuteness comes in many forms, A little word in kindness spoken,
And see a happy face. Be it the slightest contact - And seen on every day. A motion or a tear,
A drop of kindness goes real far, Get there from some good; If you want to see something cute, Has often healed the heart that's

One aspiration yet unfelt; And made a friend sincere.
Send a drop of love, One bit of courage Too many of us are cuteness blind,
And feel a loving embrace. For the darkening sky; And see only shades of gray. A word - a look - has crushed to earth
It feels so good to feel like, One gleam of faith We allow ourselves to become too Full many a budding flower,

5. Pass This Way 6. Outlook 7. When We Share 8. Gentle, Just and Kind
Poet: Author Unknown By Priscilla Leonard Poet: Julie Hebert, ©2012 Poet: Edith H. Shank

Through this toilsome world, alas! Forget each kindness that you do When we share with someone else, No tranquilizer can be found
Once and only once I pass; As soon as you have done it. Something valuable to us Through any magic art
If a kindness I may show, Forget the praise that falls to you You may find out later on, As fine as that which must abound
If a good deed I may do The moment you have won it. To them they feel they were blessed. Within a peaceful heart.
Forget the slander that you hear
To a suffering fellow man, Before you can repeat it. Some of us have lots to give, No drug or dope can take the place
Let me do it while I can. Forget each slight, each spite, each And some of us do not. Of peace within the mind,
No delay, for it is plain sheer If someone could benefit, Of those who have the friendly grace
I shall not pass this way again. Wherever you may meet it. Why not give them a shot. To be gentle, just, and kind.

Remember every kindness done Sharing is a wonderful thing,

To you, whate'er its measure. Especially to those you've shared with.
Remember praise by others won There are a lot of kind people out
And pass it on with pleasure. there,
Remember every promise made And that is not a myth.
And keep it to the letter.
Remember those who lend you aid So next time you see someone,
And be a grateful debtor. Who could benefit from something you
can share.
Remember all the happiness Don't hold back and look away,
That comes your way in living. Be kind and answer their prayer.
Forget each worry and distress;
Be hopeful and forgiving.
Remember good, remember truth,
Remember Heaven's above you,
And you will find, through age and
youth,
True joys and hearts to love you.
