• To plan and execute engineering activities related to the oversight and ensure the adequate design,
construction, installation, inspection & commissioning.
• Working also as MEP coordinator for some of our project.
• Advise management on issues affecting the project in order to take necessary actions as required

• Responsible for scheduling and performing prompt and timely preventive maintenance to have minimum
breakdowns and a long term use of all MEP equipment.
• Preparing reports regarding detailed planning of Preventive Maintenance activities in accordance with the
subcontractor.
Inventory of necessary spare parts is always maintained to avoid breakdowns, which will give minimum
inconvenience to the clients.
• Monitoring maintenance tasks carried out to services in planned manner to ensure optimum performance and
information recording for building assets.

• Checking all tender and shop drawings for the Dubai Electric and Water Authority (DEWA) submittals.

giving new instructions to my subordinates for any revised drawing.

• Supervise the erection and complete dressing of pole.
• Assigned for the installation or updating transformer on poles.
• Monitoring the total load side from substation up to the end of the circuit for balancing of primary lines and for
transformer safety.
