AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS OF TRUST

I, Austine A Fernandez, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Manila,

Philippines after having been sworn in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. I am a bearer of a trust and confidence of Josh Moncera, a friend;

2. Said trust and confidence were broken/lost because of the following:

a. Josh Moncera was in a relationship with Ericka Mendez.

b. Ericka Mendez and I was cheating on Josh Moncera.
c. That on August 10, 2019, Josh Moncera was on a business trip in Las
Vegas for one (1) week.
d. Knowing that Josh Moncera will be away, Ericka and I decided to spend
some time and sleep together every night on her house. On the fifth day of
said trip, we agreed to have sexual intercourse.
e. At about 1:30 a.m., Ericka and I were lying naked on her bed. Josh arrived
two days earlier. He entered Ericka’s room to surprise her then and there,
caught us sleeping naked together.
f. Shocked, Josh screamed in frustration that he will never forgive me.

3. That said trust and confidence could not be regained despite my diligent efforts to
recoup them;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for the
purpose of forgiveness and to secure a chance to regain trust and confidence.
