    The GOVERNMENT SERVICE INSURANCE SYSTEM invites all interested registered


    suppliers and service providers to submit quotations for:

    Adopt-A-School Program – Bacayawan Elementary School, Eastern Samar


    Lot 1 4 units Laser Printer (Multifunction) Php68,000.00
    Lot 2 3 units Laptop Php88,500.00
    Lot 3 4 units Desktop Computers Php120,000.00
    Lot 4 1 unit LCD projectors with screen Php23,500.00

    In accordance with the Technical Specifications

    TOTAL ABC: Php 300,000.00

    NOTE: Please sign all pages of the Technical Specifications and submit it together with
    your quotation in a SEALED envelope.

    Bid Forms may be secured from the Materials Management and Procurement Division,
    Materials Management Department starting 04 September 2019. The last day of submission
    of quotation shall be on 17 September 2019, not later than 05:00 P.M.
