I. INTRODUCTION
A. Overview Program
Japan is one of industrial country in Asia. Yet they are able to live in harmony with nature and
disaster. Hence, we can learn from Japan such as culture, technology, society and education.
International Golden Leaders Summit will be held by INS International Exchange Program and
supported by Niigata University. Entering the first annual session, IGLS aims to bring together
inspiring golden leaders into the global network and experience in international conference.
With the grand theme “Think More Create More for Better Future”, IGLS 2019 will offer full
of insipiring conference by international speakers, exiting cultural exchange session, sharing
session, comprehensive parallel session at one of the best state university in Japan, visiting
embassy of republic Indonesia and learning about what representatives do to maintain
Indonesia – Japan relationship.

ESSAY REQUIREMENT:
a. Grand Theme “Think More Create More for Better Future”. For example, you can
explain what kind of the things that you have done, are doing, or will do to change the
world better.
b. Must be 500 words in English.
c. Font Calibri, size 12, space 1,5 , margin 3 4.
d. Upload your essay title in caption and image as inspiring as possible to your
instagram/ facebook account. Get more like for bigger possibility as one of a
sucessfull delegate.

record your on-going project or research.
b. Duration max 1 minutes.
c. Upload your essay title in caption and image as inspiring as possible to your
instagram/ facebook account. Get more like for bigger possibility as one of a
sucessfull delegate.

7. Interview session II will be held on Dec 13th 2018 by Skype.

8. Final result will be announced on Dec 16th 2018 and will be uploaded on our instagram.
