MEAL PREP for WINTER

My meal prep for winter takes advantage of fresh, seasonal produce like cabbage,
sweet potatoes and beets. With cold weather and a desire for nourishing meals, you can
easily create warm breakfasts, healthy snacks and nutrient-packed dinners.

Slow Cooker Slow 8 hours Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or
Pulled Pork Cooker the freezer for several months.
Oranges & Candied Stove 8 hours Store oranges in the fridge for 3 days
Orange Peel and candied orange peel for 2 weeks.
Roasted Beet Oven + 60 minutes Store in the fridge for up to one week
Hummus Vitamix or the freezer for several months.
Ultimate Seed Oven 3 hours Store in a sealed container in the
Crackers pantry for up to two weeks.
Lentils Stove 20 minutes Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
Sweet Potato Spiralizer 10 minutes Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
Red Cabbage Spiralizer 10 minutes Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
Swiss Chard Knife 10 minutes Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
Dijon Vinaigrette Bowl 5 minutes Store in the fridge for up to one week.
Citrus Lime Bowl 5 minutes Store in the fridge for up to one week.

Sweet Potato Egg Nests Saute sweet potato noodles, top with an egg and fresh herbs.
Spicy Pulled Pork Fried Eggs Fried eggs with pulled pork, jalapeno, green onion and hot sauce.

Roasted Beet Hummus and Top roasted beet hummus with basil pesto and scoop up with
Ultimate Seed Crackers ultimate seed crackers or veggie sticks.

Curly Sweet Potato Fries Bake sweet potato noodles with spices and serve with garlic aioli.
Pulled Pork, Cabbage and Combine pulled pork, cabbage, grated carrot, arugula and cilantro.
Arugula Salad Toss with citrus lime vinaigrette.
Warm Sweet Potato Noodle, Saute sweet potato noodles with onion, chard, cabbage and lentils.
Cabbage and Lentil Salad Add toasted pine nuts, fresh herbs and toss with Dijon vinaigrette.
Pulled Pork, Beet Hummus Add beet hummus to a plate. Top with garlic sauteed chard, lentils
and Swiss Chard and pulled pork. Sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds.
Candied Orange Peel Enjoy candied orange peel as a sweet treat.
