Greetings in the name our Lord who is Mercy!

The Archdiocesan Youth Ministers Assembly (AYMA) is a biennial gathering of youth ministers
from the different parishes in the Archdiocese. For three days, these youth ministers undergo a
series of talks and workshops which will help them to develop more their skills in animating and
leading the young.

This year’s AYMA is hosted by the Our Mother of Perpetual Parish, Canan, Malasiqui,
Pangasinan on August 9-11, 2019. It is made more meaningful as it will coincide on this year’s
celebration of our local Church as “Year of the Youth”. It is guided by the theme, “Filipino
Youth in Mission: Beloved, Gifted, Empowered”.

In behalf of the Archdiocesan Youth Council, may we ask your good office to kindly excuse
___________________________________ on his classes on August 9-10, 2019 for he was
chosen and recommended as a qualified youth minister candidate to take part on the said event.

It is our fervent hope then that you will allow ______________________to attend and
experience this pilgrimage. As we prepare him/her for a greater mission in the Archdiocesan
Youth Ministry.
