I ve compiled all the text files and the graphic files into .zip files for your convenience.
Please read the following first. It s short and makes sense. I m not trying to gouge
anyone for fees and I have put a lot of work into this free tutorial:
Sorry for the nasty legal tal k, but it s necessary to make sure people don t take
my work and make it into their profit. This tutorial is intended to spread
knowledge, but not to help others increase their wealth at my expense. There is
no monetary cost for this tutorial, either online, or the download version. I do
ask, though, that you send me e-mail (denvid@poetic.com) or a post card (Peter
Denvid Wright, P.O. Box 3571, Richmond, VA 23235) to let me know this has
helped you learn tarot. I am, among other things, a writer, and I would like to
know when my work helps people.
Personally, I think I m being generous and I can t see why anyone would have trouble
agreeing to these terms. Downloading or printing or saving any of these files is your
way of saying you consent to these terms.
I put much thought into what formats to use for downloaded archive files. I decided on
.zip files since Winzip on Windows is easy to use and there are free or shareware
equivalents on almost all computer platforms. For many of the same reasons, I decided
to make my archives available in .pdf formats. This format works with a free program
that runs on most types of computers. It s the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can
get (again, for free) from Adobe at www.adobe.com. Look in their Products section.
I ve also put up an archive with .wpd files (version 7/8/9), since this was written with
Word Perfect. This contains my original files. There is also an archive with text files. I
have made no attempt or pretense at formatting the .txt files. I just saved my Word
Perfect files as text files. Due to the Javascript navigation menus, it is impractical to
create an archive for HTML files (maybe in the future?).
I recommend getting either the Acrobat Reader or Word Perfect files. Remember the
Acrobat Reader is free and it allows you to print the files as well.
If you download these and find them of use, just send me a quick e-mail. I want to
know if this is helping anyone. Thanks and blessed be!
