Greetings!

The Boy Scout of the Philippines of Argawanon Integrated School will conduct a SCHOOL
ENCAMPMENT on September 13, 2019 to September 15, 2019 as one of the events in our
upcoming Scouting Activities. The aim of this encampment is to uphold the value of leadership as
a sign of respect to each of the constituent of Barangay Argawanon.

Likewise, this is also organized to make them physically and mentally fit. In connection to
this, we would like to ask your permission from your office to let our BSP Troop Leaders to hold
this 2-day activity and be granted service credits for the services upon submission of
accomplishment reports and other supporting documents. Attached herewith are the Matrix and
Program for this activity.
