NOTICE OF DISHONOR
Dear Mr. and Ms__________________:

We are writing on behalf of Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation in connection with

your unpaid obligation under loan account number _________ , to which you issued
your personal checks in payment of your obligation.

However, upon presentment for payment, the check/s which you issued have been
dishonored by the drawee Bank for reason of “INSUFFICIENCY OF FUNDS
/CLOSED ACCOUNT.

Hence, we are writing this LETTER OF DEMAND to formally inform you and give
NOTICE OF DISHONOR on the following checks, to wit:

Demand is therefore made upon you to replace the said checks or pay the same in cash
within (5) days upon receipt hereof. Otherwise, much to our regret, we shall be
constrained to institute the appropriate legal actions against you to protect and
enforce our rights and interests.
