Group 5 - Final Client Project - Roadmap

All of the files that are part of the project are listed below. They are shared below as links since
some are quite large (the videos), but the rest will also be submitted to iLearn separately.
Files are listed in descending order based on when and how they should be implemented.

1 Journal Master + Instructions [For Students] Master journal for students to copy and
paste the prompts they are assigned.

2 Google Form - Journal Submission The Google Form to help compile and
organize the students’ journals via their
responses.

3 Journal Template - Blank Entry [Teacher] The master blank form for our client to
incorporate prompts into and assign to
her students, for them to copy into
their master.

4 Journal Template - Sample Prompt + Entry Sample entry of a student’s journal

[Video]​* filled out, ready to be turned in for
feedback.

5 Video 1 - How to Use the Journal and Video with a brief segment on
Metacognition metacognition, as well as a tutorial on
how to use the journal entry. Provides
an example of how one would look if it
was filled out.

6 Journal Job Aid Job aid handout/printout to be used in

the classroom to help remind students
of the step-by-step process they need
to remember to use the journal.

7 Video 2 - How to Share the Journal Video tutorial instructing students how
to share and submit their master
journal via the above Google Form.
