EXAMINATION REPORT

• Inspection of two units of 10 tons chain hoists used in deployment and recovery of the ramp
door.
o All the chains were visually inspected and later tested if they were able to lift up the
ramp.
o Every chain hoist was found to be working properly as they were able to rise and lower
the ramp without any difficulty.
