CONDITIONAL DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONDITIONAL DEED OF SALE made and executed by and between;

FERNANDO SAMSON CRUZ and MARIA LOURDES CRUZ CAYETANO, both


of legal ages, Filipino citizen, single/married and residents of #69171 MArinelle St.,
Xevera, Brgy. Tabun, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, and hereinafter referred to as the
VENDORS.

UNLISOLUTIONS MANPOWER SERVICES & EVENTS MANAGEMENT INC.,


a domestic corporation duly organized under the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines and with principal office address at Unit 102 MJM Blgd., #9516 Taguig St.,
Brgy. Valenzuela, Makati City, and herein represented by RICARDO P. LABAGUIS JR.
and RYAN V. SAYSON, both of legal ages, single, Filipino citizen and with postal
address at #9516 Taguig St., Brgy. Valenzuela, Makati City, and hereinafter referred to
as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDORSare the registered owner of parcel of land without


improvements situated at Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City, their title thereto being
evidence by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) Nos. 045-2014002307, which parcel of landis
more particularly described as follows, to wit;

x xxA parcel of land (lot 15, block 1 of the subdivision plan psd-50346,
being a portion of lot 99-c described on plan SWO-7750 LRC record No.
124), situated in the barrio of balibago, municipality of Angeles,province
of Pampanga x xxcontaining an area of two hundred and ninety eigth
(298) square meteres. x xx

That the VENDORS, for and in consideration of the sum of -


______________________________, Philippine Currency, of which amount the sum of
__________________________ has been paid by the VENDEE and receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged by the VENDORS, does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY
unto the said VENDEE the above-described property free from all liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.
That it is hereby agreed and stipulated that the UNPAID BALANCE of
________________________, Philippine Currency, shall be paid by the VENDEE to the
VENDORS in equal monthly payment of ________________________________
beginning October 17, 2018 until fully paid. The VENDEE shall issue five (5) postdated
checks to cover the monthly payments.

That the subject property shall be turned over free from all occupants after five
(5) months from the execution of this agreement.

The VENDOR shall shoulder payments of capital gains tax, documentary stamp
tax, transfer tax and other charges and fees in the transfer of title in the name of the
VENDEE. The VENDOR undertakes to process the titling and shall shoulder all the
expenses in the titling of the subject property.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands at
Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines, on this 17th day September 2018.

The foregoing Conditional Deed of Sale relates to a sale of land consisting of


three (3) pages including the page on which this acknowledgement is written, has been
signed on the left margin of each and every page by the party(ies) and the witness(es)
