CONSULTANCY OFFER LETTER

This offer letter for appointment as Hotel Consultant for Brand Creation, MIS & Operations Structuring
and Advisory Support between M/S…………………. Represented by Director

STAGE SCOPE OF WORK Commercial Fee


• Review of competitive brand environment both current and
future in target markets.

• Proposed brand positioning in relation to the competitive


scenario.

• Projections Operating Budgets Revenues


Expenses for five years.

• Brand Name and Logo (Suggestion viz its usage). Inputs on the
Brands Website.

• Detailed inputs on the existing hotel


PROJECT drawings.

• Input on BOH services, Facility Planning, Kitchen Designing


(Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, CFM)

• Inputs on Food & Beverage Concepts of the hotel. Menu


Planning-Restaurant, Bar& Banquets

• Suggestion viz the POS and BOH inventory.

• Help in sourcing Cutlery/ Crockery/ Glassware/


Hollowware/ Uniforms as per the theme of the hotel.

• Menu Implementation & Food trails.

• Help sourcing raw materials, imported ingredients.


PRE- OPENING • Help/Inputs on sourcing Art work and Props for the Hotel.

• Suggesting/ Developing /standardizing effective MIS reporting system, for


the Hotel.

• Brand Standardization (look/ feel/positioning/ recall/services/product).

• Preparation of Brands training programs (Training Need Analysis)


Conducting Pre-Opening Trainings.

• Inputs on Hotel Stationary/ Brochures/ Website/ Booking Engine.

• Help sourcing Manpower (GM + HOD level


only)

• Pre & Post Opening Advisory Support.

• Planning of Marketing &Sales strategies.

• Brand SOP’s creation F&B Service / HK / Front Office/Security (execution by


the Hotel’s Team)

• Developing HR Policies & Standing Orders.


OPERATIONAL
• Conducting Operational audits and trials

• Identifying training needs analysis on basis of comments and guest


feedbacks and designing training material accordingly.

PAYMENT TERMS :
• One time signing fee Rs.20, 000/ per Room i.e. (20000 X 55 = 1100000) Rs. Eleven Lac Only at the time
of signing of the agreement, which will be non-refundable.

• A Monthly retainer ship fee at 6% of total sale has been agreed upon by the client to be paid every month on
or before 7th of every month.

TimeLine:
• The contract is valid for a period of two years with the lock in one year from the date of signing of the
agreement, which includes project & pre-opening phase. Minimum One visit per month (each2-days) onsite for
coordination & implementation or as and when required during the project as well as during the hotel
operations stage till the time of completion of agreement.

Terms & Conditions:


• Any additional area to be planned in futures which are not included in our present scope of work will be
chargeable extra.
• All boarding, lodging will be borne on actual, by the client.
• In case of hold up of project or termination of agreement, bills raised till date of termination of agreement will be
paid in full. Service tax as applicable.

Disclaimer:
• Erica Hotels Pvt. Ltd., will be responsible for identifying various vendors for all contractual works, sourcing,
procurement of Equipments & the decision (for the area of scope of work) to retainer & payments will be the
sole responsibility of the client.
• Erica Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is only responsible for effective project consulting & is not responsible for any delays
in project due to untimely deliverables/execution by the architects, interiors & other outsourced
consultants & vendors.
• Erica Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is NOT responsible for the Drawings and Coordination of MEP Services i.e. HVAC/
Plumbing/ DG/ Solar Panel/ Electrical Panel/ Transformer/Lifts etc.
