Greetings of Peace.

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Sablayan Branch will have its swimming class
every Monday starting July 15, 2019 for our students taking up Associate in Tourism Management this
semester on the school calendar year 2019-2020 under the subject of physical education. The course
objective is to develop the knowledge and skills of our tourism student with regards to the principles of
swimming, to engage and be aware on water safety and water rescue.

In lieu with this, we would like to ask permission on your kind office to allow our instructor, Prof.
Francis Jay N. Enriquez RN and its tourism students, to use our municipal Olympic size swimming pool in
Sablayan Sports Complex for its lecture and swimming activity. Rest assured that proper guidance and
supervision will greatly impose and the rules and regulation of our municipality will be prioritized and
respected.
