OF PATERNITY

I, EMILIO R. COLOBONG, 70 years old, Filipino, married and a resident of

Ballesteros, Aurora, Isabela, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and say that:

I am the biological father of EMILIO D. COLOBONG, JR., who was born on

24 April 1995 in Ballesteros, Aurora, Isabela;

The mother of my child is TERESITA DANAO;

By virtue of this affidavit I do hereby acknowledge paternity of my child

EMILIO D. COLOBONG, JR.;

I am executing this affidavit in good faith, attesting to the truth of all the
foregoing statements as above-stated, for all legal intents and purposes it
may serve.
