LAST MINUTE TIPS FOR DU JAT

●● Don’t forget the Admit Card – DU JAT Admit Card is a mandatory document for the exam. If you have
not received the admit card yet via email, you can also download it from the DU website as and when it
is available. In case of any discrepancy, immediately write or visit the university/college within the given
schedule.
●● Reach the exam centre on time – According to the exam conducting body, you must enter the test centre
at least an hour prior to the exam timing. No candidate will be allowed to enter after the stipulated time,
which is mentioned in the admit card. It is important for the students to reach the test centre before time,
ideally by 3 PM to avoid any problems or delays.
●● Check again for the correct test centre – No candidate will be allowed to take the test in any other test
centre apart from the one mentioned in your Admit Card. Confirm the address by visiting the centre a day
in advance to gauge the estimated time to reach the exam venue and the directions to follow.
●● Allot time to each section - As you get the test booklet, read the instructions carefully and start with the
test by allotting time to each section. There is no section-wise time-limit of the exam; hence you have to
be careful about the time management factor. Keep buffer time of 15 minutes for revision.
●● Revise – After completing the paper, revise all the questions carefully, including your rough work done
at the scratch sheet provided at the test centre.
