    Today, A meeting of High Power Committee of JAC held to discuss the approach of Education de-
    partment towards the long pending issue of increased school timings. There is great resentment among the
    teaching community against the department for not taking their demand seriously. Such circumstances are
    compelling the teachers working in UT Govt schools to again start strong protest for their genuine demands.

    The members of JAC appealed the officers of Edu department to resolve the issue of increased school tim-
    ings up to 22-11-18 otherwise JAC will be compelled to intensify the agitation w. e. f. 26-11-2018(Moday)
    and it will continue till the revoke of school timings and may affect the December Exam of the students.

    Further the various leaders of JAC Savinder Singh, Bhag Singh Karion, Ranbir Rana, Khushali Ram
    Sharma, Shamsher Singh, Japinder Kaur and others appeal the teachers of all categories not to be demoral-
    ised, be united and extend full cooperation by participating in large numbers for common cause in agitation
    starting from 26-11-2018 .
