We are happy to accept you as the Laser Engraving Supplier of Woodkrafts. Your are being
appointed subject to the following conditions–

1. Duties and Responsibility–You have to ensure the arrangement of the right quality and
quantity of the wood and engrave it as per the design requirements (listed out in Annexure-
1) gives by us.
2. The designs provided by us are of our own. You cannot use them in doing marketing in your
name or using them to sell new pieces of your own. If you are found guilty of such actions,
you will have to pay Woodkrafts a fine of Rs. 10 Lakhs or punitive Business damages
(whichever is higher), for which you will be solely responsible.
3. You have to provide us with engraved pieces according to the Quality-parameters as
provided in Annexure – 1. Woodkrafts holds the right to reject any piece it deems
unfit according to the Quality-parameters. Rejected pieces can be modified and sold
back to Woodkrafts or kept with you. You have to provide us with the pre-decided
amount of Pieces as discussed when the order is being placed by Woodkrafts.
4. You have to deliver the pieces within 2 days of order-reception by you from Woodkrafts,
else you will receive only 3/4th of the payment according to the agreed payment-schedule.
5. Every piece sold by you to Woodkrafts will be paid according to the payment schedule as
given in Annexure-2. Pieces produced during a month will be paid for, on the 10th of the
upcoming month by Woodkrafts.
1. If you wish to discontinue with Woodkrafts, you have to give a prior notice of period
1 month. If you don’t follow this protocol, all your pending payments with
Woodkrafts will be forfeited. Woodkrafts will give you a prior notice of 15 days
before discontinuing placing orders with you.
2. You will have access to a lot of our business-information. You cannot disclose the
same information to any 3rd party outside Woodkrafts or its Value-chain. If you are
found guilty of such actions, you will have to pay Woodkrafts a fine of Rs. 10 Lakhs or
punitive Business damages (whichever is higher), for which you will be solely responsible.

Any piece provided by you will be evaluated according to the

following Quality-parameters –
Quality Parameters:

1. Wood – It should be light-coloured pine-wood, The engraved part should

not have any major lesion along with well-crafted wood-jointed and not
visible in engraving. Total thickness of the wood should be 6-7 mm and the
size should be 16x16 inch or 20x20 inch
2. Engraving – The piece must have deep detailed engraving (0-1 mm) (not
light surface engraving) with the engraved portion being dark brown, no part
should be black. Engraving must not have any sort of damage and it must
be as per our provided design.
3. Finishing – There should not be any extra-parts or uneven portions in outer
cuts and it should not be burnt. No part of the design (like elephant teeth)
should be broken on either-side of the piece. The final engraved product
should have colour-uniformity. It should be spoiled by any sort of paint or
outside water.
