Highlights
Deep Meditations

A set of guided meditations called “ Hollow and Empty ”

created by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar are a central part of the retreat.
These meditations are geared towards drawing out the deepest
layers of stress and tension from our nervous system.

Silence

Silence is more than not speaking, it is a way to renew

ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. Even just a few
minutes of true silence gives a rest far deeper than sleep.
And possibly anything else you’ve experienced in life.

Mudras and Advanced Pranayama

The course builds upon the breathing exercises taught

during the Happiness Program and teaches a series of
Mudras - a subtle technique to balance the mind and emotions.

Music

Often, silence is associated with sadness. But in the retreat,

silence is a celebration. After a full day of yoga, meditation
and processes, the evenings are spent celebrating the inner
spirit throught soulful music and sacred chants.

soothe your spirit. Relish three delicious vegetarian meal

Program dates: from 15 to 18 Aug - Check in time: 6:30 am on 15 Aug and

check out time: 3 pm on 18 Aug. If you are coming from outstation, it is
advisable to come one day before. Suitable stay arrangements will be made for you.

- Single accommodation: 300 USD
- 2 Sharing accommodation: 250 USD
- 3 Sharing accommodation: 210 USD

During this retreat, you will stay at a hotel, in room based on your contribution choice.
All air conditioned rooms are equipped with modern amenities for your comfort.

How to get there

You can opt for airport taxi service to reach the Hotel. It is important
that you reach the retreat place one day before.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Da Nang City Airport.

Cancellation Policy
* A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
* If you cancel the reservation prior to 5 days of the commencement
of the program 50$ will be deducted as service fee and the rest of the
amount will be returned. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is
cancelled within 5 days of the commencement of the program.
