Subject: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing ​The Restaurant Entrepreneur​ simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of the restaurant is Steel ́ s American Food. ​The theme is sports themed, It will have
pittsburgh sports jerseys and pictures hanging up (Steeler, Penguins, Pirates, and Pitt). I would
have regular wood tables with some have 2 booths, sum with all chairs, and sum with a side of
chairs and then a booth so that way I can make my customers comfortable. The color theme will
be black, yellow, and gray. The Signature dish(s) at my restaurant is the make your own burger.
The restaurant will be located at ​6000 Robinson Centre Dr, ​Pittsburgh, PA 15205. 
 
Restaurant Reasoning: 
I made the menu all the things i love at american food places, that's why the menu consists of 
Make your own burger with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles,onions, etc. steaks such as sirloin, 
strip, and ribeye, ribs with honey BBQ or just regular BBQ, salads, chicken strips and breasts, and 
wings with garlic, BBQ, honey BBQ, ​Dry Rub, etc, and many more items.
