Kevin Hutchinson, winner of the nationwide Food Connection
grant contest, announces the Grand Opening of his first Which Sand
location on June 2nd! The new restaurant will open at 801 Hennepin
Avenue, in Minneapolis, MN. At Which Sand, customers will be treated
to premium meats, cheeses, sauces, and toppings of their choice on
one of nine different varieties of bread! The base of the menu is the
Which Sand Customizable Sandwich Model,* a checklist allowing
customers to choose their own precise sandwich settings. Patrons
will experience the feel of a classic hometown diner, with the freedom
to choose from thousands of different sandwich combinations!

Customers who arrive between the Grand Opening (10:30 a.m.)

and noon will receive completely free sandwiches, and be entered for
the chance to win a Bluetooth speaker. Customers who arrive
between noon and closing (7:00 p.m.) will receive half price meals.
Kids under 12 eat free all day!

Kevin Hutchinson, thanks to a nationwide grant contest, has

won the start-up money required to fulfill his dream of opening his
own restaurant. He is experienced in management and cooking, and
hopes that Which Sand will provide a launching pad for future
