LSU AGCENTER INTERN, NORTH AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL LIVESTOCK
EXHIBITION
 Check-in, weigh in, and tag over 1,000 head of cattle and 2.000 head of sheep being
exhibited.
 Create lineups using birth dates and weights for the 15 beef cattle shows taking place that
week.
 Keep the show/event moving efficiently while working in and out of the arena handing out
awards and making sure all exhibitors know what to do while in the show ring.

UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY INTERN, NORTH AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL
LIVESTOCK EXHIBITION
 Create lineups using birth dates and weights for the 15 beef cattle shows taking place that
week.
 Answer questions regarding eligibility, premiums, and payments due.
 Create schedules for workers and other interns to achieve maximum efficiency.
 Assure that all shows have the necessities to create a successful environment for their breed
and organization.
