SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing ​The Restaurant Entrepreneur​ Simulation.
In order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is paradise bakery. The theme is to make customers feel like they
just walked into the center of all Pittsburgh. It has a black and gold color scheme. My restaurant
is located in pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The signature dish is ​black and gold cupcakes.

Restaurant Reasoning:
I personally love sweets and bakeries. I decided to make a restaurant that represents me. I am
from Pittsburgh and love the steelers and pirates, so it is Pittsburgh themed.
