    In line with the celebration of the International Youth Day, the City Youth Development Office
    has prepared a week-long celebration of the YOUTH WEEK 2019 with the theme “#YOUTH
    CAN Unleashing the power of the youth: TRANSFORMING EDUCATION”.

    One of the highlights of the Youth Week 2019 is the ANTI-DRUG CAMPAIGN FORUM on
    August 15, 2019, 8:00am to 12:00nn at the 4th Floor Function Hall, Building A, City
    Government of Santa Rosa.

    In lieu with this, I would like to excuse Mr. / Ms.______________________ in his/ her class on
    August 15 (Thursday) to participate in the said event.
