A Police Report was made which clearly shows that your driver was at fault. Attached
herein as Annex A is a copy of the police report. To date we have not heard any news
from your driver nor your company for the settlement of the damages caused by the
accident.

We therefore demand that you pay the damage caused to the vehicle in the amount of
