While JUAN D. NEPOMUCENO & SONS, INC., (JDN) recognizes the value of
prominent and effective signage, several posters and/or signages are being cluttered
around the area. Thus, effective ______________, a one-signage policy per tenant/
establishment shall be imposed.

In light of the foregoing, JDN will also adopt a uniform signage for all tenants of Nepo
Mart III. Below are the details of the price quotation for your signages:
