explain further on how do they get the
woman and girl, the sex slave market
itself, what they have done to the woman
and girl, the International responds toward

Forced Marriage
Forced marriage is a cultural practice in
Afghanistan. Marriages are used to settle
debts or to strengthen family status
through social alliances. Poor families
consider a daughter as an economic
burden who must be married quickly to
reduce the financial strain. With the
ongoing conflict in Afghanistan many
parents aim to marry their daughters at
young ages to secure their futures.

Number 3: Dowry Deaths

In Pakistan, the giving and expectation of
a dowry (called Jahez) is part of the
culture, with over 95% of marriages in
every region of Pakistan involving
transfer of a dowry from the bride's family
to a groom's family.
Dowry deaths have been rising in Pakistan
for decades. Dowry-related violence and
deaths have been widespread for many
decades. At over 2000 dowry-related
deaths per year, and annual rates
exceeding 2.45 deaths per 100,000 women
from dowry-related violence, Pakistan has
the highest reported number of dowry
death rates per 100,000 women in the
world

Number 4: Aborting Embryos

The abortion Center has been approved by
the Government itself. In other side, when
i already explain about the abortion itself
is if they occur before 20 weeks that they
was born or even still exists in the
embryo. The activities of these abortions
are performed by many factors of women
who already pregnant before married. they
do not want someone knows if they do
something before married. When i related
with the theory of feminism itself the
women face obstacles. Here I believe with
the rights itself because the important
things of rights can be protect the body of
the women and also can protect the body
from other sexual crimes.

Known as qiangqin in chinese, marriage
by abduction is common in various
regions of China. Motivated by the price
factor being one tenth of a traditional
wedding, marriage by abduction usually
occurs in rural areas. However, it might
have been a few decades ago that Chinese
women are sold to poor farmers; in
present times, and thanks to the Chinese
police devoting far more energy into
combating domestic marriage by
abduction, women are being brought in
from Burma or Vietnam. These women
are usually lied to then kidnapped by
gangs who bring them in from nearby
overseas countries to be sold in the
blackmarket. Although Chinese officials
are working to resolve the issue, the high
demand for women is increasing due to
the decline of women in the Chinese
population.

government, the ulema, the society, and
the role of islam. In this article I would
like to explain how FGM rised in
Indonesia, the role of Islam, how the
Ulema support FGM, and how the society
give pros and contra feedback regarding
this issue.

Trafficking
An article is about sex trafficking in
Thailand. Will explain local women in
thailand are trafficked into other countries,
especially
wealthier Asian countries. Girls can also
be kidnapped or lured into the industry by
promises of high paying work as dancers,
waitresses, domestic servants, or sale
representatives. Before the 1970s,
commercialized sex in Thailand was a
small industry. It was in the 1970s that the
sex industry began to flourish in Thailand.

An article about high domestic abuse
against women happened in Bangladesh.
Women experienced dominance by their
own partner or husband like physical and
sexual abuse. They even failed to report to
authorities because authorities would
blame them. It happened because men and
women get different treatment in social
life. It shows that Bangladesh government
failed to protect the woman’s right.

towards this case will also be discussed in
this article to make a better understanding.

Number 10: High Powers Sexually
Harassing women
Violence against women becomes one of
violence against human rights, especially
women, in Sri Lanka. As a report by
UNCHR which is focused on Human
Rights, reports that the rate of women’s right
violence in Sri Lanka is still high including
sexual harassment against women.
Ironically, the violence is committed by one
of the strongest group in Sri Lanka, which is
the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam
(LTTE), and Sri Lankan government forces.
Although Sri Lanka has constitution which
set about protection against violence such as
harassment, inhuman and cruel treatment or
punishment in article 11, violence against
women’s rights, especially in terms of
sexual harassment, such as rape, still
remains. Besides government of Sri Lanka,
international community has* important role
in enforcing the women’s rights in Sri
Lanka.
