SUMMARY OF SURVEY-
The current research on the recent demands and needs of customers in the market treats services and
relationships as a customer service and this has resulted in forming a major operating variable. This creates
an extreme focus on measuring the resulting customer satisfaction, retention, further purchases and word-
of-mouth factor too.
Multi - platform digital experiences keep customers engaged. Always-on connectivity and the analysis of
big data have resulted in keeping the customers coming back to the recurring company and thus increasing
the net data production and consumption.
Targeted customer experience is the need of the hour. Collecting customer behaviour data and insights on
them can be a game changer. But not only that, the proper analysis of the data can be used to create custom
curated experiences for the customers which can make a good customer-company relationship.
Automation is a tactic which is becoming important in both small and large companies, where time is a big
factor between profit and loss. Artificial Intelligence(AI) can now handle the basic human tasks making
the net productivity of any task much lucrative.
But the most important demand of a consumer is still needing the option of choosing a human touch over a
digital capability. The average customer still chooses a human over a digital capability when seeking
advice or looking to resolve a service issue or complaint.
Inherently, it can be concluded that both digital and traditional methods need to be amalgamated to

the fastest growing division. It has transformed the way business is done in India.Earlier the
delivery used to take 10-12 days but now a days, it just take 3-4 days but the world is expecting
the same day only.

sugar monitoring can be added to fulfil the customer’s demand.

 Developing a security system which can guarantee the security of a user’s data is essential.
Making the consumer feel secure while sharing his personal information should be the biggest
goal of tech innovation.

 Long distance medical treatments can be a game-changer. Innovation in medical technology and
combining it with digital technology can create an ubiquitous atmosphere for customer satisfaction

tech innovation. But the Li-ion battery has been the same for the past twenty years. Innovation to
increase battery life and reducing recharging times can come handy for the average consumer.
