 SOA MANAGER Configuration:

1. Go to transaction SOAMANAGER
2. Under service Administrator choose Simplified web service configuration
3. In search pattern select “masterdatabundle*” and choose Go
4. Select the relevant service definition called
“EmployeeMasterDataBundleReplicationRequest_In” and
5. Save the configuration by selecting either user name/password or X.509 Client
Certificate.
6. Select the activated configuration and choose show details
7. Copy the access URL. This need to be provided to the CPI team.

Step 2: Outbound
1. In SAP ERP HCM, start transaction SOAMANAGER and click Web Service
Configuration.
2. In the Search by dropdown box, choose Consumer Proxy, and in the Search
Pattern field enter CO_PAOCF*
3. Select the entry: CO_PAOCF_EC_EMPLOYEE_MASTER_DA and click Apply
4. Click the Configurations tab
5. In the Configurations tab, click Create
6. Give the below mentioned URL
7. {URL TO BE SHARED LATER}
8. NOTE: This should be set as default port
9. To switch on the creation of the confirmation message follow the following
steps:
10. Procedure
1. In SAP ERP HCM, go to transaction SM30.
2. Enter table / view V_T77S0.
3. Click Maintain.
4. Click New entries.

5. Enter the following data:

○ Group: YSFEC
○ Semantical abbreviation (sem.abbr): YRESP
○ Value abbreviation (value abbr.): X
○ Description: Trigger master data replication response message
6. Click Save.
  Employee and Org Replication

Inbound:
1. Go to the SOAMANAGER transaction in your SAP ERP HCM system.
2. Choose Simplified Web Service Configuration.
3. Search for the EEMASTERDATAANDORGASSBNDLREQ service definition
4. Select the entry and choose Show Details to find the access URL in the
Configuration Details section of the details popup
5. Copy the URL to use it later for the configuration of the integration flow.
6. This access URL has to be shared with the CPI team.

Outbound:

1. Go to the SOA Management (SOAMANAGER) transaction in your SAP ERP HCM system
2. choose Web Service Configuration
3. Search for these consumer proxies:○
CO_ECPAOX_EE_MD_ORGAS_BNDL_QRY for the query
4. Apply the same settings as Development but in the URL mention the below URL
5. {URL TO BE SHARED LATER}
Organizational objects Replication -- Inbound
1. Go to the SOAMANAGER transaction in your SAP ERP HCM system
2. Choose Simplified Web Service Configuration
3. Search for the following service definitions:
 ORGANISATIONALOBJECTREPLICATIO
 ORGOBJREPLNOTIFICATION
4. For each service definition, choose Show Details to find the access URL in
the Configuration Details section of the details popup
5. Copy the URL and use it for the configuration of the corresponding
integration flow. This access url has to be provided to CPI Team(Kavya)
 Outbound:

6. Go to the SOA Management (SOAMANAGER) transaction in your SAP ERP HCM system
and choose Web Service Configuration
7. Search for the CO_SFIOMX_ORG_OBJECT_REPL_QRY consumer proxy and select the
corresponding entry in the search
8. Repeat the same steps as in Development
9. In Transport setting use the below mentioned URL
10.
 SM59 connection: To check the connectivity between SAP HCM and CPI, create a
RFC and perform the connection test.
