TITLE: CP Activation and role of CP in enhancing sales

OBJECTIVE:
1. To activate channel partners in South Bombay market and motivate them
to increase clients and generate sales for the company
2. To build professional relationships with channel partners and understand
their way of functioning in the market

DESCRIPTION IN BRIEF:
Kalpataru Group Pvt. Ltd. is one of ​leading real estate companies focusing on premium
residential and commercial property developments.Being for over 50 years in the real
estate industry, there are a number of upcoming projects in Mumbai. In the initial week,
I did competition analysis by visiting the sites of various builders. I also met a number of
channel partners in the suburbs and the central market and understood their working
patterns and views about Kalpataru. Later, generated leads via cold calling in the South
Mumbai market and extracted primary data from channel partners in the South Mumbai
market regarding their way of operation and their interests in Kalpataru. By building
professional relationships with them, I will be encouraging the interested channel
partners to bring in clients and motivate them to close deals with Kalpataru.

activities in the areas of real estate and property development by buying of land,
constructing buildings and selling their products, marketing their products and
communicating with the channel partners for leads and increasing sales.
