Discover the Love of Christ

Frostproof, Florida November 2019

Dear Church Family,

It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays are just

around the corner. I hope that all of us will take time to be thankful for what
our God has done and is doing in our lives, not just on Thanksgiving Day,
but every day. Our God is great and “greatly to be praised.”

During the Christmas holidays many classes and groups will, as usual, have
parties and fellowships. That’s a good thing. But please remember, that is an
excellent time to invite the unchurched and even unbelievers to your
fellowships. Some people will come to those events before they will ever
come to church. Use that time to develop friendships and then get to that
place where you invite them to Bible study and worship.

The trials of life come in many forms and from so many different directions.
Even when we do not understand them, we can be assured that God is still
very much in control, and He is allowing them

This day, dear Lord, and every day my

sacrifice shall be, a joyous song of
thankfulness for all thy gifts to me.
How can I ask for more and more,
I who have so much?
Teach me to share my bounty,
Lord, with every life I touch.
