Total experience in Production: 03 year.

 Career started with ZEE LABORATORY LTD. (Paonta sahib) as a Production
Chemist in liquid Injectable from 22 Aug. 2015 to feb.2017.
 Currently working with Rusan pharma ltd. (Dehradun) As a Production Officer
in injectable (Manufacturing) from feb.2017 to till date.

RESPONSBILITIES:

 Issuing of line clearance at every step of batch manufacturing activity.

 To follow the GDP & ensure online documentation without any Ambiguity
 Checking & monitoring of in process parameters.
 Adhering to current SOPs.
 Report any non-compliance to head of the department.
 Calibration of electronic weighing balance.
 Verification of machine utilization its cleaning records and balance verification records.
 Dispensing of RM.
 To ensure CIP and SIP of manufacturing tank and rinse water analysis of the same.
 To carry out pre and post bubble point of membrane filter used for batch filtration.
 To complete all documents like BMR, logbooks related to respective activities.
