3. Defendant has possession of a room at the said above property under an oral agreement to
pay rent of $600 payable weekly.
4. Defendant failed to pay the non-refundable deposit of 600.00 by the 1st of March 2019, as
agreed upon. Defendant has only paid approximately $200.00. She had friends or clients that
offered $100.00 x2. Total paid for deposit only is currently $400.00.
5. Defendant failed to pay the weekly or daily payments for the month of March 2019.
6. Plaintiff served Defendant with a notice on 02/28/2019, to pay the rent or deliver
possession but Defendant refuses to do either. A copy of the notice is attached as an Exhibit
A.
7. A copy of the notice was placed on door of rented room, emailed to defendant and
texted to Defendants cell phone.
