The meeting was convened at 3:00 pm. Upon quorum was constituted, the BESWMC Chair, Hon. Nneita
C. Radam presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. Clean and green issues

2. other matter

The Lupon Member/Senior Citizen Rep., Nelia L. Canales, with the situation of the Barangay that some
part of unoccupied area or vacant places in the streets contributed an eye sore to the passers and moved a
motion a need to keep the area clean and green, and seconded by all members to recommend the issues to the
Sangguniang barangay to be given appropriate action.

On other matter, the body likewise recommend impossible the Sangguniang Barangay would hire two
(2) individuals that will look unto this places for proper means of beautification aspect of the barangay.

And after due consideration and deliberation, all motions moved and seconded, the BESWMC Chair
found no objections having plans/programs are in line of the barangay development aspect.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 4:10 pm.

The meeting was convened at 3:00 pm. Upon quorum was constituted, the BESWMC Chair, Hon. Nneita
C. Radam presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. Clean and green issues result

The BESWMC Chair, Hon. Nenita C. Radam, disseminated to the body that the issues raised on the
previous meeting was presented to the Sangguniang Barangay session and the program was carried and had
hired two (2) individuals to pay per day labor of P250.00 each in the person of Nelyn Carriaga and Jocelyn
Gomez that will look after those areas of major concern the unoccupied places for clean and grees programs
that has funded out of P20, 000.00 from the SK fund.

2. wastes thrown in the drainage canal

The Faith Based Org. Rep. Ms. Evelyn M. Petronio, moved a motion to have a control and management
of unbecoming throwing of wastes in the drainage canal that contributed over flooded in the streets and
become a risks to vehicles and residents passers especially to the children’s health.

After due consideration and deliberation, the CSO Rep Algen Canales moved a motion to recommend
the plan to the Sangguniang Barangay to be given appropriate measure of the problem and duly seconded
unanimously by all members present.

And the BESWMC Chair, Hon. Nenita C. Radam, found all motions moved and seconded are all in line of
the barangay development aspect, and said matter will be brought to SB sessions for further deliberation.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 4:25 pm.

The meeting was convened at 3:00 pm. Upon quorum was constituted, the BESWMC Chair, Hon. Nneita
C. Radam presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

Agenda:

1. issues on dumping waste materials from stores

2. other matter

The CSO Rep. Analyn S. Bentulan stressed out to the body the issues of scattered wastes materials in the
streets from the stores. That most practices of residents especially children are dumping wastes anywhere in
the streets.

After due consideration and deliberation, the body proposes to practice the collection of wastes from
any cellophane materials from the stores to be given to the 4 P’s members to be useful for their project. And
further recommend to the SB sessions for further dissemination by each zone assignment.
 On other matter, the BESWMC Chair, pronounced to the body, that the Sangguniang Barangay had
allocated fund for De clogging to properly collect waste materials from the canal and dump to the open land fill
that presently the practice of the barangay.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 3:55pm.

As everybody informed the needs of 4P’s members of the cellophane waste materials from the store as
for their project, it was observed that the practice is one useful and effective idea of waste collection and
manage waste from the streets to free of clutter.

And on other matter, it was agreed by the body that every zone must have a dumping site to manage
HH residents to where they will dump their waste materials for the meantime having still no proper dumping
site for waste of the barangay.

And since there being no other matter to discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 4:05 pm.

The body proposes a cleanliness drives for the concern barangay in honor of the coming Flores De Mayo
Celebration. And on motion of Hon. Domilyn Kaye Mercado, she proposes a conduct of house to house
dissemination of information for the public knowledge and appropriate action, in order to keep the barangay in
order of its cleanliness and beatification aspect and likewise keep the residents to be watchful of the wastes
during the big event of May 31 Sta Cruzan.

And after due consideration and deliberation, the BESWMC Chair found NO objections on all motions
moved and seconded and are relevant for the barangay development aspect.

And since there being no other matter to undertake, the meeting was adjourned at 4:10 pm.

The BESWMC Chair pronounces to the body on coming Brigada and approaching June-20-21, annual
Fiesta Celebration, wastes dumping must be properly observed to keep the barangay clean and green. On
motion of Lupon Member/Senior Citizen Rep, Nelia Canales, that the residents must understand to throw its
waste in the dumping site with proper way, that should not be placed in outside the site to keep it clean and
well manage dump site and duly seconded by all members.

And the BESWMC Chair pronounced to the body that the two(2) individuals hired for the clean and
green activity will be given mandate to coordinates the activity of throwing wastes of the residents by zone and
have them guided accordingly for proper wastes dumping.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 4:05 pm.

The meeting was convened at 3:00 pm. Upon quorum was constituted, the BESWMC Chair, Hon. Nenita
C. Radam presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.

1. BESWMC Organization with New Elected Brgy Officials

2. Purok Leaders Organizations
3. Other matters
 The Punong Barangay pronounced to the body that as per mandate of the Local Code, Organizing the
BESWMC, the call of the meeting are for the body information that base on the guidelines all names called are
members of the BESWMC. And continued to inform the body the functions to perform. And by practices, on
motion of Hon. Algen R. Canales and duly seconded by Hon. Analyn S. Bentulan that the Purok Leaders that will
assist by zone for the implementation of the functions will be created to keep everything well manage, and
unanimously approved by all members present.

And after due consideration and deliberation the Punong Barangay as the BESWMC Chair found No
objections on all motion moved, seconded and unanimously approved by the body having all are in line for
barangay development aspect, and recommend that said motion will be carried to the SB sessions for
appropriate action.

On other matter, the body discussed the schedule of the meeting, and the body unanimously decide to
have the monthly meeting of every 15th day of each month at 3:00 pm.

And since there being no further agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 4:25pm.

1. MONTHLY CLEANLINESS DRIVES ACTIVITY

The body presented a monthly cleanliness drives activity to ensure that waste will be properly
monitored to its proper dumping site and no clutter from the streets will be seen. And on motion of SK Chair
Archie B. Camino that said motion will be recommend to SB session to be given appropriate action to keep the
activity harmonize with the new set of officials plans &programs`

And after due consideration and deliberation the BESWMC Chair found No Objection on the motion
being relevant to the barangay development aspect.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 3:45 pm.

The BESWMC Chair pronounces to the body that a clean -up drives will be conducted at Elementary
school this month of September. And the body proposes another means of waste dumping management.

And after due consideration and deliberation, it was crystallized by the body a solid waste management
by excavating a hole to dump the wastes, to keep the surrounding clean & free of clutter.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 pm.

The Committee Chair on Environment, Hon. Algen R. Canales, moved a motion informing the body that
as per Ordinance he formulated on the title “ requiring all store owners to place trash bin in front of their
premises”, said ordinance was been passed for approval by the Sangguniang Bayan, and the authored would like
the body to assist the implementation of said ordinance in each zone to keep always the barangay free of clutter
especially the wastes coming out from the stores, and all members of the body unanimously approved.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 pm.

The meeting was convened at 5:00 p.m. The BESWMC Chair Hon. Nenita C. Radam, after a quorum had
been constituted, presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action:

Agenda: 1. Cleanliness and beautification

2. Christmas Belen Making Contest

The BESWMC Chair, pronounced to the body the need of participation and cooperation of the residents
to have a barangay clean and have beautiful surroundings, coming out a diseases free Barangay. And the Chair
proposed to the members especially the Purok zones president to help assist the programs to encourage every
HH to have a trash bin /sako bag where waste materials the biodegradable and non-biodegradable must be
placed and segregated.
 The Purok leader, Ms. Liza Lopez raised hand presented her concern regarding few of her zone
residents does not still cooperate the moment they have a pintakasi schedule/ clean up drive and the body
crystallized a decision that as purok leaders they will have to exert more effort to keep all members in the zone
well participating And all members unanimously moved that they will support the program for the benefit of
the whole barangay. And will start to lead by zone the clean-up drives to keep the barangay free from scattered
wastes materials in the streets.

And the BESWMC Chair proceed to the pronouncement that on coming Christmas day will be having a
contest for the clean zone, and proposed cash Prizes; 1st - 3,000.00, 2nd - 2,000.00 and 3rd 1,000.00 and for
Christmas BELEN making, proposed cash prizes, 1st - 5,000.00, 2nd-3000.00 and 3rd- 2,000.00 which activity is
funded out from the SK fund.

And after due consideration and deliberation, the BESWMC members pronounced that they will do
better for their zone more especially that their efforts will be appreciated an amount of prizes by way of contest.

And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned.
