WORKING HISTORY

 Operations and Maintenance to single Pump and multistage Pumps. Experience in
Dismantling and assembling of Pumps Replacing seal, Packing, Bearing etc.
 Assembling and dismantling of pumps.
COMPRESSURE
 Experience in maintenance of centrifugal Compressors,Receprocating Compressor
 Inspection, Dismantling & Assembling of Coupling, fly wheel, crank shaft, connecting
rod, cross head, gudgeon pin, piston rod, piston and cylinder.
 Maintaining limited clearance of Main bearings, Big end and small end bearings with
direct or pressurized lubrication systems.
 Refurbishment of Suction & Discharge valves, Unloader and renewal of cylinder liner
 Experience in maintenance of Reciprocating Compressor(LP,HP-Elgi, Atlas copco)
 Locate position of Centrifugal Compressors rotor assembly and proper installation of gas
seals or oil film seal.
 Worked with Nuovo Pignone, Kirloskar, and natural gas lifting centrifugal compressor
with Liquid film seal and dry gas seal system with various capacities. Involved in seal
changing, bearing changing and its seal and Lube oil circuits accessories
ALIGNMENT
To align the pump and motor using Rim and Face method (Radial, Axial) as well as
Reverse Alignment. Using proper fittings, clamps including magnetic clamps, spacer
(shim) and get the accurate result, 0.01mm to 0.05mm. Dial indicator alignment.
WELL HEAD MAINTENANCE
Experience in oil and gas well head maintenance, wellhead valve greasing and servicing, valve
and flange fixing, gate valve, ball valve repairing and servicing, also operation of well head valve, choke
valve replacing
