(Annex A); b) On the same date January 28, 2014, we referred your letter dated January 25, 2014 to Mr. Nadjie Gapangada of Israel Builders Corporation evidenced by a copy of the letter. (Annex B) ©) On the same date January 28, 2014, we requested the Office of the Provincial Attorney for legal opinion if we can legally takeover the operation and maintenance of the water system pending finality of the decision of the Ombudsman (Annex C); d) On March 4, 2014, we received a copy of the legal opinion of the Provincial Attorney, copy of which is attached herewith (Annex D); ) Again, on the same date that we received the legal opinion from the Provincial Attomey, we requested from a formal tumover of the maintenance of the operation of the water system evidence by the attached letter of even date. (Annex E); f) That on March 7, 2014, we fumish the President of IBDC a copy of the legal opinion of the Office of the Provincial Attorney; (Annex F) At present, the Municipal Government is operating and maintaining the water system.
