As part of the mandates of university to have an Extension Services, the Civil and Sanitary
Engineering Department will be conducting Seminar/Lecture on Earthquake Awareness &
Readiness for Mabini, Batangas on September 13, 2019 from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Some Civil
and Sanitary Engineering students will serve as support technical staff on the said extension
services.

In line with this, I am requesting for your good office to please accommodate BSCE and BSSE
students to acquire their medical certificate.

Attached are the lists of the students who are currently enrolled in our university who are going
to join the said activity.
