Note on QEC Activities

QEC department in IMS has done several things apropos to NBEAC and HEC guidelines which include:

 Sharing of Standardized Course outline template with faculty as per NBEAC Recommendations in
their last visit
 Collection of stated outlines from faculty, however some are still pending for which list of status
of each faculty member is attached. (Four reminders have been given regarding submission of
course outlines).
 Shared in detail requirements of NBEAC for Course folders and distributed files and template in
hard form with the help of registrar office to each faculty member for their respective courses.
 Course folder submission status list has been attached as there are many faculty members who
have not submitted course folders for 1st review.
 Collection of data regarding NBEAC accreditation form:
 Mission and vision revision for Management Department (done)
 Faculty list visiting and permanent (done)
 Program details (done)
 Student Information (done)
 Lab Data (done)
 Financial Information (pending)
 Research Information (pending)
 Placement Office information (pending)
 Strategic Plan (Under review)
 Sharing of report of teacher class status on monthly basis with dean office.
 Initiation of Teacher Evaluation for Semester Spring-2018.
