No further modifications shall be made unless in accordance with the Connection Use of System and Interface Agreement. Abs Connection and Interface Agreement Between TRANSCO and ADDC - Schedules Connection No. T/AD/AD/22 APPENDIX B4 CONNECTION POINT PLAN(S) The Connection Point between the Company and User shall be at the downstream flange of DN250 flange spigot with thrust flange of the Company and upstream flange of DN 250 Electromagnetic Flow Meter of the User. Details of the connection arrangements are shown in the “OPERATIONAL DIAGRAM” attached to Appendix BI. The Company/User shall be responsible for any works associated with the boundary interface as appropriate, No alteration and/or modification to this C&T and addition or extension or modification to the ‘metering plant upstream of the interface point as shown on drawing “CONNECTION SITE PLAN” and detailed on the drawing “OPERATIONAL DIAGRAM” shall be made by either party without the express written consent of the other party. In the event of any modification, addition or extension to the metering plant for the interface is required, the C&cI agreement shall be revised and agreed by both parties before any alteration, modification or extension is made. PP Connection and Interface Agreement Between TRANSCO and ADDC - Schedules Connection No. T/AD/AD/22 APPENDIX BS SITE RESPONSIBILITY SCHEDULE. OWNERSHIP, ACCESS, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES (OAOM) Schedule identifying responsibility for the following is attached to this Appendix: Ownership Identifies which party owns the asset. Ownership is identified as one of the following: i) TRANSCO(T) ii) USER (D) Access Rights Identifies which parties have right of access to the asset. Access is identified as either (T) or (D); or (+O). Operation Identifies which of the parties that have right of Access to the plant also have the right to operate the plant under instruction from the Control authority. Control Identifies which authority issues instructions to operate plant and equipment. Control shall be in accordance with the attached schedule, The control authority shall be referred to as Water Control Centre (WCC). Maintenance Identifies which party is responsible for the maintenance of the plant and equipment. Safety Rules Identifies which party's safety rules are applicable to the plant and equipment, RESPONSIBLE PERSONS The names and telephone numbers of the persons responsible for Operations and Safety at the connection site are listed below. USER SAFETY RULES ADDC Safety Rules ~ Version 1, January 2001 Each Party shall provide the other Party with copies of the Safety Rules and shall immediately inform the other Party of any change to the Safety Rules and provide to that Party copies of the amended Safety Rules. Apne Sc, ADIN) 32 | vase or Connection and Interface Agreement Between TRANSCO and ADDC - Schedules ‘Connection NO: T/AD/AD/22 SCHEDULE C CONNECTION CHARGES/PAYMENT At the time of execution of this agreement there are no connection charges applicable. The charges will be levied as per the statement of Connection Charging Methodology when approved by Regulation & Supervision Bureau (RSB). Connection and Interface Agreement Between TRANSCO and ADDC - Schedules Connection NO: T/AD/AD/22 SCHEDULE D CHARGING RULES The Charging Rules covering Use of System Charges, Revision of Charges, Replacement of Company ‘Assets and Termination Amounts shall be as set out in latest statement of charges for connection and Use of System published by the Company pursuant to its License. Agreement Schedules, /ADIADY Z Page 18 0622 Connection and Interface Agreement Between TRANSCO and ADDC - Schedules ‘Connection NO: T/AD/AD/22 SCHEDULE ES, SITE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL CONDITIONS METERING The Connection point has been fitted with an electromagnetic flow meter which is as per Metering and Data Exchange Code (MDEC) specifications. Due to temporary nature of this connection, integration to LDC has been exempted by appropriate Dispensation which is limited to 6 months. Should this connection remain active beyond this time ADDC to ensure that either full metering compliance with MDEC is completed or a further Dispensation is agreed. The control valve which is manually operated shall be switched to automatic operation in next 4 ‘weeks time in order to control the agreed amount of flow through the interface and to regulate the interface automatically in case any abnormalities due to extreme pressures and flow at the interface are detected.
