Team Dynamics

Any team in an organization is influenced by the dynamics which exist between the
members. The fate of any project depends on how good the team is. A good team leads to
success, and an ineffective team can never accomplish the right goals. The dynamics of the
group are about how well-coordinated the organization is; it is about their personalities,
skills, etc. how well the team members complement each other.

Its team, a well-aligned team, drive the success of any project in their work and thought
process. Being a member of a highly effective and efficient team, I believe it is team
dynamics, which is the game-changer for success. The best part about such groups is that we
discuss and brainstorm a lot. We respect every suggestion which comes along, be it from the
leader or level one executive. As a team, we have a shared vision and mission to build the
right product and achieve success. The overall dynamics are about working cohesively. The
responsibilities are evenly divided among the members according to their talent and
strengths. Everyone is supportive and offers their help where it is required, as the ultimate
motive is to get to the goal together (McFarland, 2015).

One of the core reasons for our team to be efficient is that the dynamics are favorable and
cohesive. The overall approach is democratic, where everyone has a say, and every opinion is
being respected and discussed. There is no forceful leadership, but an equal opportunity for
everyone to show their skills and strengths (Mortensen, 2010). The team members are open
for feedback and even focused on improving on them.
