COMPLAINT

The undersigned, under oath, hereby accuses, GILBERT BORETO y SALVADOR 33

years old, married, farmer, resident of Brgy Camambugan, Libmanan, Camarnes Surand
ANGELO BORETO y SALVADOR, 28 years old, single, farmer resident of Brgy Puro, Batia,
Libmanan, Camarines Sur ( Both Arrested) for Attempted Homicide, committed as follows:

That on the 9th day of June 2019, at about 4:35 PM at Brgy. Camambugan, Libmanan,
Camarines Sur, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Office, the above-
named accused ,while arm with a bolo helping one another with intent to kill, conspiring,
confederating, and helping one another, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously,
attack, assault, maul and hack the herein complainant, Edwin Reblora Sr y Alvarez, causing the
latter to sustain hack wound on his head and hand, thus the accused commences the
commission of the felony directly by overt acts but did not perform all of execution which should
produce the crime of Homicide by reason of some cause or accident other than his
spontaneous desistance, to the damage and prejudice of the victim/complainant.
