The meeting started at exactly 10:20 AM with Mr. Francis N. Agrida as presiding officer.
Mr. Agrida distributed the reports to be accomplished accomplished by the SHS teachers which are as
follows:

First Qtr Recognition Program - Classroom Adviser

SHS Culmination Program - Mark Angelo Binarao
Gulayan sa Paaralan - Karen Appegu

Accomplishment reports are to be submitted Monday, October 14, 2019.

After the distribution of reports, the SHS Coordinator had a thorough explanation about the Supervisory
Plan, COT form and Observation Guide.

Then, he reminded the SHS teachers about the strict checking of students' school uniform and said that
students not following the rule are to give promissory note.

Finally, he shared tips on how to make a reports.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 AM.
