Report on students’s response about teachers performance on XII TBSM C.

1. Purpose
Mr. Arif Budi Santoso asked us to prepare a report (assignment from Mr. Arif, date 3 September
2019) on the probable cause of ineffectiveness during 3 year english lesson in term of teachers’
performance. I was asked to present my findings by 3 September 2019.

2. Procedure
2.1 We filled the questionnare from Mr. Arif
2.2 We took the data from Mr. Arif
2.3 We analyzed the data from Mr. Arif
2.4 We discussed the data
2.5 We made the report

3. Findings
3.1 14,3% students filled the questionnare that the performance of the teacher is very good.
3.2 Their reasons are as follow :
3.2.1 The teacher apply discussion method (home group) so studentis not only listening the
material from the teacher but they also can study together with their group.
3.2.2 The teaching method is easily understandable.
3.2.3 The learning proccess is enjoyable.
3.3 85,7% students filled the questionnare that the performance of the teacher is good.
3.4 Their reasons are as follow :
3.4.1 The teaching method is enough to make students understand the material.
3.4.2 The teaching method is good enough.
3.4.3 Students need teacher who can entertain them.

4. Conclusion
The performance of the teacher is good.

5. Recommendation
5.1 Insert some jokes.
5.2 To up their voice in teaching and learning proccess.
