International Studies, Vietnam National University in support of Ms. pham Thi
Thanh
Hoa and her desire toattend your university for the Master's program. As a Vice
President in charge of Academic Training at university, I have chance to know
her as an
outstanding student with good abilities both in academic results and in social life.

Hoa first attended our university in 2012 as a student in class l2E6 of F aculty of
English
Language Teacher Education and now is her senior year. During the time learning
at our
university, she has proved herself as an excellent individual with a strong character
and
the ability to produce impressive results in a wide variety of areas.

Many of the teachers who have taught her agree that she can make any classroom
a lively
environment and safe place to take intellectual risks. Some of them recognized
that
whenever there was a topic related to Economics or Commerce, she
always showed her
great attention and performed her background knowledge very impressively.
In the

school-years 2013 -2014 and2014 -2015, she received award cerlificates for being an
excellent student from the president of our university.

In addition to her coursework, Hoa also dedicates some of her time for a lot of social
activities or volunteering jobs and received certificates of participation from different
organizations as you can see in the package of her application. This helps her
tremendously in improving soft skills and the abitity to manage or organize her time and
schedule around different activities without having them interfere with school.

In summary, I strongly believe that Hoa's perseverance, intellectual ability and

enthusiasm for learning and working are qualities that should help her well in her future.
Her indefatigable efforts, combined with her ability to self-improve, are recipes for
