In recommendation of Wendy Saavedra I am delighted and honored to write this letter for
her best. She is well known here at Solheim Lutheran Senior Community Center. She is very
helpful and very patient with the people she helps here, works with younger kids ,ages vary, and
senior citizens. She is communicative and very helpful in keeping the seniors distracted on life
problems or solitude by making them smile and listening to the stories they tell or by simply
making conversation, she is very kind hearted and liked by the seniors she attends. She is
involved and participant in the activities she makes for the youth and seniors and also tends to
help whoever needs help, regardless of the person asks or not. Ms. Saavedra is seen as a role
model to the youth upon her actions here. She is viewed as an exemplary student and person,
many kids here get along with her well and love her company.

Ms.Saavedra is daughter to a worker here and besides that she takes action herself and is
very amicable to her peers and coworkers here ,respectful at all times, regardless of her stance in
regard to one’s personal opinion. It is her presence in the center that has brought a level of
happiness and professionalism to our seniors and center here.

Ms.Saavedra is an exemplary student; dedicated, determined,caring and committed to

accomplish her goals and always exerts 100 percent effort in her work. She puts her personal and
her work separately, she doesn’t mix them up under no circumstance. She undoubtedly has the
potential for great success. Her natural abilities combined with her optimism, risk taker, work
ethic,open minded and ability to evolve academically and socially are a recipe for success in the
years to come. Furthermore, she is well aware of her community’s needs, the lack of resources,
and is proactive in making a change to better her community and elsewhere. I enthusiastically
recommend her and believe she is well deserving of all opportunities that come her way.

In the future, when I think of Wendy Saavedra , I will most remember her intellectual
promise, her motivation to excel at all things she proposes to complete, her confidence,
perseverance, and her warmth of personality and her kind heart. I unreservedly recommend
