I consider this as a radical change as the company is keen towards developing and innovating new products and services for
their customers. Also radical change m​​eans, they have to revamp their entire existing software functionality and implement new
method of running their business. For that reason they have selected the PTC software system which helped them to make this
change much easily(Norman, J. 2010) . If the organization has followed incremental transformation, they would have to make this
changes in a step by step process and correct their mistakes in every step. This indeed would take much time and effort to do
so. I think the radical change step is much efficient and yielded better results.
