Terms:
a) Delivery:
2 - 4 week(s) ex-factory, upon receipt of purchase order, subject to availability of STOCK.
b) Payment:

c) Validity:
The above quotation is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date hereof.
d) Scope of Supply:
Supply of equipment and consultancy support over the phone.
e) Exclusion of Supply:
i) Wiring among reader, reader interface, controller, signer convertor and LAN interface.
ii) Isolator switch and cabling up to MicroEngine components.
f) Consequential Damages:
Seller shall not accept any indirect or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of this Contract
including to the loss of use, revenue or profit.
g) Warranty:
Twelve (12) months from due date of delivery. Our warranty covers product manufacturing defects, but not misuse
of faults due to poor maintenance. In condition the warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from maintenance
performed by anyone other than us, modifications made by you or any third party, software supplied by you, or
interfacing, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, repair, improper, installation, alteration, mishandling, operation
outside the environmental specifications for the product (s), or improper settings or maintenance. Should the
failure of the equipment be due defective parts/components, warranty replacement shall be granted upon Buyer
giving sufficient evidence of the premature failure. Such parts /components shall be given free of charge by the
Seller MicroEngine do not warrant that the operation of the product (s), its firmware or software will be
uninterrupted or totally error-free. Any delivery costs inclusive of duties shall be to the Buyer' account. In event the
Buyer requires any service labour for replacement or supervision the Seller shall charged the Buyer at the current
prevailing rates. Also the Buyer will only be entitled to warranty provided he fulfilis his contractual obligations
especially on the terms of payment.
